A defamation lawsuit has been filed against Nasiruddin Patwari, Chief Coordinator of the Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP), for making “offensive remarks” concerning Robiul Islam Nayan, Member Secretary of the Dhaka Metropolitan South Juba Dal (BNP’s youth wing). The case was filed on Monday (November 3rd) at the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court by a Juba Dal leader named Kazi Mukituzzaman.
